Eric Kuper is a partner at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. His practice focuses on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate law. Mr. Kuper represents privately-owned corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and tax-exempt organizations and counsels them with respect to a variety of corporate matters and transactions.
Mr. Kuper has over ten years of experience representing companies in preparing their corporate documents, including operating agreements and shareholders agreements, as well as negotiating and drafting a myriad of complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements and employment agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kuper represented the largest wholesale wine and spirits distributor in the U.S. on several of their mergers and acquisitions and major supplier distribution agreements.Practice Areas
