Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright, P.L., a full service corporate law firm, is pleased to announce that that Richard DeCicca has joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office as an of counsel attorney.
Mr. DeCicca concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, corporate transactions and tax law. He has practiced in Florida for his entire professional career.
DeCicca counsels individuals and companies to make prudent decisions involving tax strategy; M&A and other corporate transactions; asset protection and estate and probate matters. Prior to joining PBY&A, he was a litigator at Weil, Gotshal, & Manges, LLP, an estate attorney at Greenspoon Marder, P.A. and, most recently, owner of his own firm.
Richard is a graduate of University of Florida’s Levin College of law, holding both a J.D. (cum laude) and LL.M. in taxation. He is an active member in the Florida Bar’s Tax and Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections and is admitted to practice in Florida; the US District Court’s Southern District of Florida; and the US Tax Court.
