PBY&A Attorneys Feldman and Spector represent tenants in class-action over excessive move-in fees

Commercial litigators, Joshua Spector and Jonathan Feldman are involved in the formulation of a class-action lawsuit against various condo associations who are allegedly overcharging and price gouging prospective tenants of Florida condos and apartments. The suits charge that many condo associations are knowingly charging tenants move-in and application fees that are in excess of the amounts legally capped by Florida law.
