Introduction

Anny Marie Martin is an associate in the Coral Gables office of PBY&A. She focuses her practice on business and civil disputes in federal and state courts and in international arbitration tribunals. She represents diverse clients in a variety of matters, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, and business disputes as well as maritime transactions. Her work also includes negotiating and drafting business agreements. Anny seeks to work efficiently prioritizing a client’s business goals in seeking prompt and effective resolutions in their litigation matters. During her law school studies at the University of Florida, Anny served as Student Works Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law, President of the International Law Society, Vice President of the Cuban American Bar Association, and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Honor Society. At UCLA, Anny completed majors in Political Science, International Development Studies, and a minor in French. She also served in many student organizations including the executive board of her sorority, Alpha Epsilon Phi, volunteered with AmeriCorps, and was a director of the UCLA Model United Nations program.
