Introduction
Mark A. Albright is a founding member of PBY&A. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions; private equity and venture capital funding; software and technology licensing; and startups and emerging companies. Previously, Mr. Albright was a senior attorney for one of Florida’s largest law firms and was a lecturer on economics for the University of Miami’s School of Business.
