Juan Estremera is a member of the firm’s international tax, trust, and estate planning team. His practice focuses on providing tailored and tax efficient strategies to high-net-worth clients. His experience includes inbound and outbound matters, including corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions of U.S. real property by foreign persons, foreign bank account reporting, pre-immigration planning, and foreign trusts. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience working on the international tax team of a Big Four accounting firm. Mr. Estremera received in 2019 a master of law degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated on the Dean’s List, a law degree in 2016 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in 2012 from Florida International University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
