Mariana Veiga is an associate in PBY&A’s corporate practice group. She advises public and private companies as well as high net-worth individuals on various legal matters. Her areas of expertise include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining PBY&A, Mariana was an associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, LLP.

Mariana obtained her law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in 2012, and a Master of law degree from Georgetown University Law School in 2017. As a Brazilian native, Mariana’s fluency in both Portuguese and English allows her to effectively communicate and bridge gaps between clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a seamless and tailored legal experience. Mariana’s impressive educational background, diverse experience, and client-centered approach makes her an invaluable asset to the clients she serves.
