PBY&A is pleased to announce that five attorneys have been added to the 2016 Florida Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Mark A. Albright, D. Porpoise Evans and Joshua Spector have been elected to the Super Lawyers list, with Joey Lampert and Jonathan Feldman being named to the Rising Stars list. Each year, a mere five percent of the lawyers in a single state receive this honor, and fewer still are added to the Rising Stars list.
Mark A. Albright, founding partner of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office has been elected to the Super Lawyers list for the sixth consecutive year. Mr. Albright’s practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital funding, software and technology licensing, and startups and emerging companies.
Joshua Spector, a partner in the firm’s Miami office, has been elected to the Super Lawyers list for the eighth consecutive year. Mr. Spector is a business litigator and Board Certified in litigation by the Florida Bar.
D. Porpoise Evans, partner in the firm’s Miami office, has been elected to the Super Lawyers List. This is his seventh time to achieve this distinction. Mr. Evans practice areas cover litigation, ADA and FHA litigation, commercial litigation, employment counseling and litigation, FCPA compliance and investigations, and securities litigation, including FINRA arbitrations.
Jonathan Feldman is a litigation partner in the Miami office. This is his second time to receive the Rising Stars award from Super Lawyers. Mr. Feldman primarily focuses on bankruptcy and financial services and complex commercial litigation.
Joey Lampert, an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, has been elected to the Super Lawyer’s Rising Stars list for the second time in his career. He has experience with general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, and arbitration.
