(Miami, FLA Jan 25, 2019) –The law firm of Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli and Albright, P.L., is very pleased to announce the elevation of attorneys Joey Lampert and Eric Kuper from associate to partner with the firm.

Joey Lampert is a litigation attorney in the firm’s trial practice group based in the Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Lampert is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was part of the Center for Ethics and Public Service. He has been named as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers each year in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. He has been published by the Florida Bar Journal clarifying practitioners’ confusion in certain Rules of Judicial Administration. Joey is licensed to practice in Florida and holds court admissions in the United States District Court’s for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Tax Court. Clients rely on Joey’s courtroom experience and legal acumen to reduce risks, provide aggressive representation and produce favorable results. Joey focuses his practice in business litigation, representing clients in all facets of civil and complex commercial litigation in both State and Federal Court.

Eric Kuper is a corporate attorney with the firm based in the Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Kuper is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and School of Business, where he obtained both an MBA and J.D. concurrently, and a graduate of the University of Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He was recognized as a “Top Up and Comer” by the South Florida Legal Guide in 2017, 2018 and 2019. His practice focuses on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate law, with more than twelve years of experience representing companies in all aspects of their formation and operations.  Mr. Kuper represents and advises clients in preparing subscription agreements, operating/shareholders/buy-sell agreements and employment agreements, handling asset and equity purchases and sales, as well as negotiating and drafting a myriad of other complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements, distribution agreements, and licensing agreements.
