PBYA representing client in 8 figure fraud case

PBY&A litigator, Jonathan Feldman, is leading the charge in the representation of firm client, David Villari, founder of U.S. Premium Finance (USPF) and a principal of CEBV, LLC, in a case against Jacksonville-based Ameris Bancorp (Nasdaq: ABCB) and its CEO, Dennis Zember, involving the acquisition of USPF by Ameris.

The suit alleges that Ameris was negligent in its obligations to Villari and CEBV before, during and after the acquisition of USPF.  In the suit, four caounts are brought against the defendants including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud.
