David Robbins is a Senior Associate within PBY&A’s litigation practice group. Having earned a reputation for meticulous and comprehensive representation, David stands out as an advocate for businesses and individuals who need holistic legal representation to navigate the challenges of commercial disputes. David represents clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including intricate business disputes, appellate law, cryptocurrency, legal proceedings related to Amazon management, and public records actions. His experience with arbitration tribunals, such as the American Arbitration Association and Bais Din, further ensures that his clients receive representation at multiple levels.

David’s academic background includes a dual degree from the Talmudic University of Florida in both Talmudic law (B.A.) and as a Master of Religious Education. He earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where he received the distinction of a dean’s scholarship and merit scholarship.

David’s immersion in both Talmudic and American legal systems makes him exceptionally prepared to skillfully address complex issues. This experience allows David to provide his clients with tailored and creative legal solutions that are both inventive and effective.
