Joshua Gutter is a corporate attorney with a focus on mergers & acquisitions. He is also a certified public accountant and alumnus of AmeriCorps (City Year).

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Gutter has gained experience with respect to private equity, strategic acquisitions, healthcare transactions, representation & warranty insurance, accounting-related disputes, and general corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Gutter is committed to helping clients achieve their goals by putting himself in their shoes and listening carefully to their needs. In the business community, Mr. Gutter is a member of ACG South Florida’s Young Professionals Committee and led the creation of its successful Coffee Connections series.

Mr. Gutter earned his law degree from the University of Miami, where he graduated summa cum laude, was a member of the University of Miami Law Review, and was selected as a Miami Public Interest Scholar. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida, where he also graduated summa cum laude and proudly served as a Florida Cicerone (the official student ambassadors of the University of Florida).

With respect to his AmeriCorps (City Year) service, Mr. Gutter was a mentor and tutor at Miami Jackson Senior High, where he received City Year’s annual award for embodying “Ubuntu,” a South African proverb that values community, human dignity, and respect and compassion towards others. To this day, Mr. Gutter continues to care deeply about education, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
Outside of work, Mr. Gutter enjoys exercising, watching comedies, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, visiting state and national parks, and spending time with family and friends.
