Leonardo Peixoto is a senior attorney with the firm’s corporate practice, advising on M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate matters in general. With more than 10 years of experience he counsels investors, shareholders and companies on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, contract negotiations, deal structuring, due diligence, and corporate matters, including company formation, shareholders’ rights, and corporate reorganizations. He also advises clients on the pre-litigation stage of corporate and contract disputes. Leonardo has earned a master’s degree (LLM) from Vanderbilt University Law School.
