Raymond McGann
Raymond McGann is a member of the firm’s corporate department, where he focuses on general corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his associate position, Raymond served as a paralegal in the areas of commercial litigation and corporate law. Raymond received a bachelor’s degree in 2008, and a master’s in business administration degree in 2010 from Lynn University, where he graduated with honors, and received a law degree in 2016 from Mississippi College School of Law. In addition to Florida, he is licensed to practice law in New York.
